VPS Lakeshore Celebrates Nurses’ Day

Kochi: In honor of International Nurses' Day, VPS Lakeshore Hospital held a vibrant celebration, showcasing appreciation for the dedicated nurses who play a pivotal role in healthcare. The event on Saturday commenced with an energetic rally within the hospital premise, symbolizing unity and solidarity among the nursing community.

The cultural event was inaugurated by renowned playback singer, Fr. Vipin Kurishuthara, who brought a touch of artistry and inspiration to the celebration. VPS Lakeshore Managing Director, S K Abdulla emphasized the invaluable contributions of nurses to patient care. “Our nurses embody the core values of VPS Lakeshore, including integrity, compassion, and patient-centered care. They go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of every patient”, S K Abdulla said.

Dignitaries including Dr H Ramesh- Senior Consultant and Director of Surgical Gastroenterology and Ms. Salima Antony-Nursing Superintendent also took the stage to express gratitude and admiration for the nursing staff's commitment and compassion. Adding a personal touch to the celebration, the hospital staff presented entertaining cultural programs, showcasing their talents and creating a joyful atmosphere for everyone present.
